We also store the URLs you submit for indexing, your credit balance and purchase history, and any support tickets you send us. If you use one of our free tools and ask us to email you the results, we keep your email address, the URL you checked and the result. We send the results once; we send two short tips only if you confirm from that email, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to operate your account, process URL submissions, apply and track credits, respond to support requests, and send transactional emails (such as receipts and ticket updates). We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled directly by our payment processors under their own privacy and security policies.
