What you are buying
IndexLaunch sells prepaid indexing credits in fixed packages (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). One credit submits one URL for indexing. Credits are billed as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription — there is nothing to cancel going forward, since no future charge is scheduled.
Purchases are final
Because credits are consumed immediately when you submit a URL, completed purchases are non-refundable except for the automatic case below. Unused credits do not expire, so there is no need to request a refund just because you have not used them yet.
Automatic refund for unindexed URLs
If a submitted URL is still stuck in a pending state after 7 days, the credit spent on it is automatically returned to your account balance — no request needed. You will see a status note on that submission explaining the likely reason, so you can fix the page and resubmit with a fresh credit.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is deducted but credits do not appear in your account within a reasonable time, or if you are charged more than once for the same order, contact us at official@indexlaunch.site with your order details and we will investigate and correct it.
Pricing and currency
Customers in India are charged in Indian Rupees (INR); international customers are charged in US Dollars (USD) through a separate payment processor. The currency and amount are shown before you confirm any purchase.
