Refunds & Cancellations
What you are buying
IndexLaunch sells prepaid indexing credits in fixed packages (Launch, Starter, Professional, Enterprise, Agency). One credit submits one URL for indexing. Credits are billed as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription — there is nothing to cancel going forward, since no future charge is scheduled.
Purchases are final
Because credits are consumed immediately when you submit a URL, completed purchases are non-refundable except for the automatic case below. Unused credits do not expire, so there is no need to request a refund just because you have not used them yet.
Automatic refunds for URLs that aren't accepted
If a submitted URL isn't accepted by the search engines, or isn't sent because the site doesn't have your key file yet, the credit spent on it is returned to your account balance straight away, with a note on that submission saying why. If a URL is still stuck in a pending state after 7 days, its credit is returned automatically too. No request is needed in either case. Credits aren't refunded for URLs that were accepted but that a search engine chooses not to index.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is deducted but credits do not appear in your account within a reasonable time, or if you are charged more than once for the same order, contact us at official@indexlaunch.site with your order details and we will investigate and correct it.
Pricing and currency
Customers in India are charged in Indian Rupees (INR); international customers are charged in US Dollars (USD) through a separate payment processor. The currency and amount are shown before you confirm any purchase.
